Port Dickson, February 25, 2025: The Director General’s Standing Orders Workshop for the Protection Division of the Prime Minister’s Department (BPJPM) was successfully held from February 25 to 27, 2025, at Lexis Port Dickson, with a total of 31 participants in attendance. This discussion aimed to review and refine the proposed amendments to enhance the effectiveness of Act 696 in providing protection to witnesses.

Putrajaya, 21 January 2025: YB Dato' Sri Azalina Othman Said, Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Law and Institutional Reform), conducted a working visit to the Protection Division of the Prime Minister's Department to review its operations and exchange views on the legal and institutional reform agenda. During the visit, she expressed her appreciation to the department's staff for their achievements in 2024 and encouraged them to use these accomplishments as motivation for the year ahead. The Minister also emphasized the importance of technology, digitization, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in strengthening the country’s legal and institutional sectors. Also present was YBhg.
